Our in-house Tool Room, located at our Unit 2 facility in Talwade, is a critical part of our manufacturing capabilities. It is equipped with a full conventional set-up dedicated to the manufacturing, tryout, and development of small and medium-size dies. This internal capability gives us greater control over project timelines, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Our team possesses a strong practical foundation with skills in conventional machining, tooling tryouts, and die development. We have successfully designed and executed stamping tools for a variety of complex components, including BIW parts (B-Class panels, skin panels), chassis parts, and engine parts (clutch covers).
