Small Part Press Shop (Unit 2)
Our Unit 2 facility, located in Talwade, Chikhali, is our specialized center for small press components. This plant is equipped with 14 small presses, providing comprehensive capabilities for high-volume, small-part manufacturing. The press capacities in this unit range from 10 Tons to 100 Tons.
This extensive collection of small presses allows us to efficiently produce a wide variety of small automotive components with high precision. A key advantage of this unit is that it also houses our in-house Tool Room. This co-location enables seamless collaboration between die development, tryouts, and part production, speeding up development and ensuring quality.
