Medium Press Shop (Unit 1)
Our Unit 1 facility, located in Bamboli, Chakan, is the heart of our medium-size press operations. This unit is now equipped with 8 medium-size presses, providing enhanced flexibility to handle a diverse range of component sizes and high production volumes. This facility is foundational to our BIW and chassis part manufacturing, supported by on-site shearing capabilities for materials up to 6mm thick.
The centerpiece of Unit 1 is our state-of-the-art Tandem Line. In strict accordance with our company policy, all our machinery is brand new, manufactured in 2025 and 2026. This continuous investment in the latest technology guarantees the highest level of precision, reliability, and efficiency for our manufacturing processes.
We maintain a rigorous policy of procuring only brand-new machinery for our manufacturing processes. All our SBPPL presses are manufactured in 2025 and 2026.
